SHIT! This might be the CITV program that I saw when I was a kid and had nightmares about but could never remember what it was, I'm sure it had something to do with a mirror and the music sounds really familiar too, I'm sure this is from some meditation mix tape I've got somewhere.
This is all too much, I think I might have nightmares now.

shit i remember this, they repeated it for a few years after 84, it was scary but comforting in a unique way
